Job Guarantee

If, after completing our 2-year NitroDegree program, you haven't secured a job OR internship, we offer you the opportunity to retake the back-end modules up to 2 times FOR FREE. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the tech industry.

Money Back Guarantee

In the event that you still haven't secured employment after 2 full retakes for back-end modules, we understand your commitment to pursuing a tech career. Therefore, we are committed to refunding your money to ensure fairness and transparency in our partnership.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the free retake or refund, we require your dedication and commitment to our syllabus and the job-seeking process. Here are some key conditions:

Intake Eligibility
Only students who have enrolled from 2023 onwards are eligible for this guarantee.
Attendance
Consistent attendance is vital for successful learning. You must have attended over 98% of the classes in your prior intake, unless valid reasons for absence are provided.
Punctuality
Being on time for classes from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm is essential. Habitual lateness or early departure may affect your eligibility. This also applies to your assignment and project submissions.
Active Learning
During the program, you must show genuine effort in learning to code. Engaging in non-program related activities during class hours may hinder your progress.
Academic Performance
During the entire program, you must maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.70.
Job-Seeking Efforts
Within 6 months of graduation, you must demonstrate your attempts to secure a job or internship. You will have to be eligible for employment in the country that you wish to seek employment in. You will need to present a minimum of 6 rejection letters. You’ll need at least 2 rejections for frontend junior roles AND at least 2 tech internship applications.

As the Back-End portion holds significant value in the job market and our program, eligible students will receive a full refund for their back-end mobile and back-end web development portion.
